On behalf of our client, an international Danish company, Brunata, we are looking for an proactive professional to fill in the following position: Service Technician.

About Brunata:

Brunata is an International, Danish company, family-owned with more than 100 years of experience in providing consumption’s metering and billing systems for buildings. Today the company provides customized solutions for small as well as big buildings, and private as well as public buildings.

Brunata’s solutions are sold in more than 15 countries and focus on three elements: metering, visualizing and servicing. Brunata measures and reads heat – and water consumption, and temperature and moisture.

As a trustworthy partner, Brunata want to advice and guide administrators and tenants to a more sustainable behavior, that leads to lower energy consumption, cost savings and better indoor climate.

Location: Belgrade (on sight)

Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment or systems according to Brunata specifications and company policies.
  • Diagnosing malfunctions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Conducting inspections and tests to identify defects and potential problems, documenting findings accurately.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their concerns, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Maintaining service records and inventory of parts, ensuring availability and proper usage
  • Working on field in aim to solve all system issues and equipment
  • Taking care about warehouse and procurement
  • Tracking orders
Qualifications:
  • College degree in Mechanical or Electrician study is an advantage
  • 1+ years of experience in the same or similar positions
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment or systems relevant to the position
  • Ability to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently, using logical thinking and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, explain technical issues clearly and provide excellent service
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Communicative, cheerful, and optimistic person
  • Long-term position with a plan for advancement and upgraded to next level
  • Driving license: B category
