On behalf of our client, an international telecommunication company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Belgrade: Senior Account Manager.


·        Setting up sales and business development strategies for both existing and potential customers in line with the company's directions, hitting the annual performance target and achieving the growth;

·        Exploring for new sales opportunities and organizing all kinds of market and technical engagement or seminars with customers;

·        Collaborating with bidding team for the strategy setting, project information collecting and analyzing, bidding progress management, contract negotiation etc.;

·        Be responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing the customer relationships and satisfaction;

·        Being up-to-date regarding industrial trends and technologies, having good knowledge and understanding about the local telecom market;

·        Preparing regular reports for the management;

·        Occasionally traveling and working abroad (to conferences or other work purposes).


·        Degree preferably in telecommunications, engineering or business, commerce, economics;

·        Advanced level of understanding of telecommunications technologies and local market;

·        At lease 5-10 years Sales or business development track record in the telecommunications industry, track record in the IT industry is a plus;

·        Ability of thinking on strategic level, but also being able to implement the strategy and achieve the company' s and individual goals;

·        Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal;

·        Result and customer oriented, hunter attitude, openness to different cultures; advanced collaboration and organizational skills;

·        Experience in working for complex international companies is a plus.
