On behalf of our client, an international agro business company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Account Payable Team Lead.
Stakeholder Management
Actively participate in SSC governance at the operational level.
Identify process issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Team Leadership
Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
Coach and develop team members to enhance skills and engagement.
Support the SSC Director in defining performance measurement procedures.
Monitor AP stream KPIs (Productivity, Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance, Cost Efficiency).
Review team performance against monthly targets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Accounting & Financial Operations
Take ownership of the Accounts Payable process and contribute to daily operations.
Build strong relationships across SSC functions and with external stakeholders.
Review and validate the accuracy and quality of work produced by the P2P team.
Supervise AP cut-off activities and provide accruals and related analysis.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with initial exposure to team management.
Experience in a Shared Services Center environment is highly desirable.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
