About Our Client
Our client is a leading international company in the HVAC industry, offering innovative and energy-efficient solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. To strengthen their presence in Serbia and Montenegro, we are looking for an experienced Sales Area Manager to drive sales growth and expand the partner network in this region.
Sales Growth & Market Development
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned area.
Increase market penetration by identifying new business opportunities.
Develop and expand the distributor network and promote additional product categories.
Analyze sales figures and implement effective strategies.
Partner Network Management
Support existing distributors from the design phase to final sale.
Monitor commercial activity and responsiveness of distributors, resellers, and dealers.
Maintain and expand the customer base.
Project Support
Provide technical and commercial support to potential customers.
Follow up on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, guiding them toward client solutions.
Build strong relationships with design companies, consultants, and sales engineers.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct competitor analysis in commercial and industrial segments.
Prepare regular reports and maintain meeting documentation.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
6–10 years of experience in sales management, ideally in HVAC or related industries.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF and/or Chillers).
Familiarity with direct expansion and hydronic systems.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
General Skills:
Fluent in English.
Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong IT, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
