On behalf of our client, a leading beauty retail chain, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Advertising Manager.
Creating advertising campaign plans by channel in line with objectives and channel reports
Monitoring the implementation of planned advertising activities across channels and brands
Analyzing the effects of ATL, offline, and digital activities and proposing improvements
Monitoring execution and spending of the advertising budget and suggesting corrective measures
Updating and replanning the advertising plan in accordance with changes and performance analyses
Preparing monthly reports on advertising plan implementation and budget utilization
Communicating with influencers and makeup artists to coordinate periodic activities
Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics, or organizational sciences, but not mandatory)
3+ years of experience in similar positions
Advantage: experience working in companies rather than marketing agencies
Experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
Active use of English language (spoken and written)
