We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our Search & Selection services by identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients.
·Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
·Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
·Develop relationships with candidates and clients to understand needs
·Support business development by providing insights on market and talent trends
·Coordinate the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
·Collaborate with Business Developers and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
·Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an HR agency or Search & Selection environment
·Completed University Degree
·Fluent English (spoken and written)
·Strong computer skills (MS Office)
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
·Proactive, organized, and client-focused mindset
