We are looking for a Business Developer who will focus on growing our Search & Selection services through active client engagement and consultative sales.

Location: Belgrade

Responsibilities

·       Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients

·       Identify business opportunities and generate leads

·       Present and promote Search & Selection / recruitment solutions

·       Understand client needs and propose tailored hiring strategies

·       Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals

·       Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and delivery teams

Requirements

·       At least 2 years of experience in selling services in an HR agency or a comparable client-facing role.

·       University degree

·       Fluent English (spoken and written)

·       Strong computer skills (MS Office)

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Proactive, structured, and client-oriented mindset
