We seek a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Lindstrom team as a Sales Representative.

We are looking for Sales Representative WWS and Sales Representative MATs to strengthen our amazing sales team in Serbia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making contracts with new customers (new sales), in new markets including account management.

Responsibilities
  • To plan, implement and increase own sales activities and performance in accordance with Lindström values and operational instructions;

  • Handling the entire sales process with personal sales goals;

  • Constant search for new customers in agreed territory;

  • Scheduling and organization of meetings with potential clients;

  • Gathering information about the needs and requirements of potential customers in order to prepare service;

  • Presentation of Lindstrom solutions; contract preparation, uniform trials, delivery…

  • Monitoring actions and activities of competitors;

  • Cooperation with colleagues in order to exchange knowledge and best practices.

Requirements
  • High School Degree or University Degree;

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or other similar positions;

  • Higher level of English knowledge;

  • Driver license: B category:

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Highly developed communication and negotiating skills; also organizational and time management skills.
